The policy is for customers and visitors to Our Site or users of Our App. (If you wish to apply to become an Independent Instructor, please read clause: 2d (i), 10. We act as an agent for the Independent Instructors and provide a Our Booking Services and store Client Consultation Forms. We may collect in the process the following data about you:
Provided Information. You may provide us information about you by filling out forms on Our Site, Our App, or by corresponding with us via the telephone or email. This is including information you provide when you register to use Our Site and/or Our App, subscribe to our Service, search Our Site and/or Our App for an Independent Instructor, use Our Booking Services, when you report a problem with Our Site, Our App or contact us for any other reason. This name include the following: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address of your where Our Service will take place, Phone Number, Email Address and Payment Card information. It will also include any futher information that you provide in relation to your booking, either to us or the Independent Instructor (which may include information relating to your health).
Collected Information. Upon each visit to Our Site or use of Our App, we may collect the following information from you:
Technical information, including Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information; browser type, version, country and language. Additionally we will receive your time zone setting, browser plug-in type and operating system and platform versions.
Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from Our SIte and/or Our App (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
Device Information, could be collected when using Our App. Information may include the type of mobile device that you are using and its unique device identifier (for example, the IMEI number, the devices mobile phone number, the MAC address of the devices wireless network interface or push ID), the mobile operating system that you are using and mobile network information.
Information received from other sources. Client Consultation Forms, collected prior to receiving one of Our Services, in which you will be asked to complete details of any medical conditions. These documents will be stored on behalf of the Independent Instructors.
i) Instructor Note – The Independent Instructor may make a note after the Service relating to their professional observation, any discomfort experienced, yoga plan tailored around your needs and if there are pets present in the premises. If any of this information includes details of your physical or mental health you will be asked for your explicit consent. We will store these notes and may make them available to other instructors that you may choose to book through our Booking Services.
ii) We work closely with third parties (including but not limited to, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers and search information providers) and may receive information about you from them.
USE OF INFORMATION
The information that we hold about you will be used in the following ways:
To carry out our obligations arising from Our Booking Services at your request.
To store and share the Instructor Notes. These may be shared with other Independent Instructors that you choose to book.
To store the Client Consultation Forms on behalf of the Independent Instructors.
To provide notification about changes to Our Booking Service that may affect you.
To ensure that content from Our Site and App are presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or device.
To improve Our Services.
To measure or understand the effectiveness of our advertising to you and others and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
To contact you and make suggestions and recommendations to you about any Services that may interest you, via email, phone, SMS, push notifications or via Our Site or App.
To remind you of your scheduled appointments.
For administration and internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, data security, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We will share your information with the Independent Instructors to enable them to provide the Services effectively and to effectively manage customer relations. Additionally we may provide your information to selected third parties including:
Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of Our Site and Our App.
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, where it may be prudent to disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
If The Private Yogi or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case all personal data hed by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
If The Private Yogi is under a duty to disclose your personal data in order to comply with the law.
To protect the rights, property or safety of The Private Yogi, the Independent Instructors and/or others.
To law enforcement agencies and regulators in connection with their investigations. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Technical and organisational safeguards are in place to protect your data. However; customers are to be aware that the transmission via the internet is not completely secure. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once the information is received, we will use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent unauthorised access.
Marketing. As the customer you have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to use your data for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing use to collect your data by clicking the unsubscribe button in our emails or you can exercise the right at any time by contacting us at email@example.com
6.1 Access to Information. You has the right to access information held about you. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs of providing you with the information that we hold about you. In order to exercise this right please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Your photograph (headshot only).
Name, Address and Contact details.
Details of your qualifications, training and experience.
Results of all checks undertaken, including identity checks, background checks, document image checks and criminal record checks.
Personal Liability Insurance and PPL Licence.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Feedback on your Services or details of any complaints from clients.
Any other personal data that we may collect from you or otherwise receive from third parties.
10. 1 Independent Instructors for The Private Yogi are to notify us promptly to any changes in your personal data. Our Uses and Disclosures of the personal data may include:
Responding to any queries and/or concerns.
Contacting you in respect to joining The Private Yogi.
Inviting you to our audition day (where you will be asked to demonstrate your skills).
Introducing you (with the use of your image) via Our Site and Our App, to members of the public who are seeking Our Services from professional and qualified self-employed yoga instructors.
Managing and complying to our professional relationship with you via our agreement and additionally including payment.
Analysis and Research.
Assisting you to make the most of Our Services.
Complying with statutory and legal requirements.
Processing our legitimate interests otherwise as reasonably notified by you.
Disclosure so far as reasonably necessary externally for the above purposes.
We may monitor your use of our technology, systems and customer personal data for the purposes of record keeping, to establish facts, to estab.
To establish compliance with regulatory and self regulatory procedures, to prevent, detect or investigate crime., wrongdoing; the unauthorised use of our proprietary technology and/or customer personal data; non-compliance with any agreement between us and you or any of our practices and procedures.
10.2 In respect of any customer personal data, including data collected in the Independent Instructor Notes see clause: 2 d (i) and additionally these notes accessed through our technology, Instructors should:
Use such personal data when deemed necessary for the purpose of carrying out Our Services on our customers (including and without limitation, their own marketing purposes).
Should not disclose such personal data to any third party unless specifically authorised by The Private Yogi for you to do so.
Comply promptly with our instructions in respect of such personal data.
Do not disclose such personal data to any third party other than on own written instructions or as required by law.
Not allow such personal data to be transferred out of the European Economic Area.
Promptly assist us with requests in respect of such personal data.
Independent Instructor Notes are to ensure that record personal data is accurately recorded and promptly amended if inaccurate.
Immediately forward communications from customers, regulatory bodies and other third parties concerning such personal data and should not respond to or act on such communications without our prior agreement and on request provide to us such personal data in the format reasonably specified.
No retention of and (copies of customer personal data) on completion of the Services other than for the purpose of submission of Independent Instructor Notes to us. After such submission, the Independent Instructor shall destroy such notes.
Customer personal data shall be kept and transported and disposed of securely to prevent unauthorised disclosure, access, loss, destruction or damage to such personal data.
